Considero que não houve cuidado com a cadeira extra comprada, deve ter sido feito por pessoas que não devem ter expoeriência. A cadeira vinha desmontada e as partes a granel. Pelo valor que foi pago exigia-se que viesse embrulhada, com cartão, pelicula de protecção ou um outro qualquer método que a protegesse.
