Delivery and Assembly
HOMYCASA has severaloptions for delivery and assembly services.
Delivery of orders in Continental Portugal and islands (except express service), runs from Monday to Saturday (including holidays), within the following time period - 8h00 to 19h00, except for any exception in which you will have prior contact.
Prior scheduling of the delivery date will always be made with the customer (except express service). On the day of delivery of the order the carrier will contact at least 30 minutes prior to delivery, for the contacts provided in the order act so as to inform that they will deliver the order. Due to the route management of carriers, we will not be able to guarantee the delivery schedule according to customer availability (hours or time).
All orders deliveries are made inside the residence/store/armazém (except express service), if you do not want the carrier to do so, just inform in the delivery act.
The assembly service for the Azores and Madeira is not available.
Delivery/lift time depends on the availability of the item(s) in the shipment/lift warehouse. If there is no item in the shipment/lift warehouse, the same must be transferred from another warehouse, and the average expected arrival time at the warehouse is 5 working days.
The customer may reschedule or cancel the delivery, provided that you inform us in advance with 72 working hours, via email[email protected]or via phone number210 999 452(Called for the national fixed network). If the order has already been loaded by the carrier, the costs inherent to the delivery may not be reimbursed and must be charged again if the customer wants a new delivery.
VERY IMPORTANT: When you receive your order, you must check the physical state of the packaging, and in case of damage, even if seemingly insignificant, or the lack of volumes, you will have to register all the information in the receipt guide of the material before signing or refusing the order.
The filling of the same is mandatory and determining in the After-Sales process.
If you receive a damaged volume and do not perform this procedure, HOMYCASA may not be liable for the damage(s) in the ordered article(s) or the lack of the same(s).
Assembly
The price of the assembly is referred to in the item in the price of the item. If you want to mount, before you add the item to the cart, place the pisco in the mounting service, and then click the "ADICIONAR AO CARRINHO" button.
