Order Exchanges and Returns :

A) Exchange or Return :

The customer has a period of 14 days, from the day he physically acquires the good, to return it.

The customer may require the exchange, provided that the article is in the same conditions as it was acquired, without being decommissioned or assembled and in the original packaging. More, the article will have to contain the assembly manual and hardware, if the product purchased includes them.

The return can be made in two ways:

  1. If the purchase was made in a physical store - Coming to one of the physical stores, with the kit in the original packaging. The customer will have to prove to be the owner of the article, presenting the invoice corresponding to the product he intends to return. You should take into account the operating hours of the warehouse for return purposes. Check timehere

  2. If the purchase was made online - You will need to return/return to our Customer Support team by emailsell. online@homycasa. pt. Subsequently to our reply, the return may be made in one of our warehouses (without any cost) or with the collection of goods at the address indicated, in which all the shipping costs of the returned goods will be borne (according to the price of the goods returned) delivery tableand ).

B) Trade or return by manufacturing defect:

If the customer receives an article that is defective, or to which parts are missing, you can communicate with us via email sell. online@homycasa. ptwithin 30 days of receipt or withdrawal of the order. You must send us photographs of the article, the manual indicating the missing parts and the respective invoice.

After sending the e-mail to the Post-Sales department, our services will analyze the case and determine whether there will be a replacement of the product, replacement of the parts or other type of resolution.

It is not possible to process the return if the damaged item has been fully or partially mounted, altered and/or used, either by the client or the person responsible for the assembly. In this case, only the missing parts or the replacement of the defective parts will be made.

In the case of HOMYCASA accepting the return of the article, the article may not present anomalies (in addition to those previously reported), odors or traces of dirt, namely animal hair and stains. Our services reserve the right not to effect the return.

The cost of transport derived from the return of the article(s) is ensured by HOMYCASA if the customer has opted and paid the delivery costs at the address, otherwise they will need to be assured by the customer according to the delivery table. The refund, where applicable, will be made after the validation of compliance with the conditions of return described above, having HOMYCASA a period of up to 14 days for this purpose, from the time it receives the item(s) returned in the warehouse. The refund is made by the same means of payment or in a gift voucher, according to the will expressed by the Customer. In the case of payment by ATM, Bank Transfer or Payshop, HOMYCASA asks the customer to send the IBAN voucher in which they identify the account holder. If the payment is by MB-way or VISA, the refund is made directly to the account. If the payment has been made by Klarna, the refund is made directly to the card associated with the purchase.


C) Refund:

1) The refund will be made after confirmation by HOMYCASA servicesof the good condition of the returned articles.

(2) HOMYCASA will refund a maximum of 5 working days after receipt of the articles.

(3) All articles that do not come with packaging of intact origin cannot be repaid.

4) No refunds of products purchased whose return is made after 14 days

B) Anulation of Orders :

In accordance with the provisions of Decree-Law No 7/2004 of 7 January with the amendments referred to by Decree-Law No 62/2009 of 10 March and Law No 46/2012 of 29 August concerning e-commerce, HOMYCASA reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the order whenever any programming error is found, and, or, defect of operation of the computers of the company.
