The company Available Purple, Lda, with registration number 0008367 with Banco de Portugal, with registered office at Avenida Santa Isabel n.º 4-8, Armazém A, n.º 249-4, Cabra Figa, 2635-047 Rio de Mouro, Sintra, declares that it carries out the activity of an ancillary credit intermediary.

Available Purple, Lda maintains a non-exclusive binding contract with the following lending entity:
- BNP Paribas Personal Finance, S.A. – Branch in Portugal

The credit intermediation service provided consists of:
- Presentation or proposal of credit agreements to consumers.

Available Purple, Lda does not provide consulting services.

Available Purple, Lda has entered into a civil liability insurance contract with:
- Hiscox
- Policy no. 2132414
- Valid from 21/07/2025 to 21/07/2026

The credit intermediary's registration can be consulted on the Banco de Portugal's Banking Client Portal.

Available Purple, Lda is not authorized to receive or deliver any amounts related to the formation, execution, and early fulfillment of credit agreements, under the terms of Article 46 of Decree-Law No. 81-C/2017, of July 7.

The activity of Available Purple, Lda as a credit intermediary is subject to the supervision of Banco de Portugal.
