Who is eligible to apply for funding?
The age for credit access is from 18 years old up to 75 years old. With a Top Plan, it can extend to 80 years old. The BIC is 14.9%.
Can I add a second borrower to the financing?
Yes, you can include a second account holder. To do this, simply click "Yes" and fill in the details of the second account holder.
When will the first monthly payment be defined?
The first monthly payment will be a minimum of 30 days and a maximum of 60 days from the contract signing date
Can I repay or settle the credit agreement before the due date?
Yes. You can partially amortize or repay your credit agreement early, whenever you wish.
How long does it take to process my credit application?
The response can be as quick as 5 minutes. If there is any missing information, the deadline may be longer.
What is the reason and timeframe for my credit application?
The minimum credit term is 6 months and the maximum term is 84 months. The current credit agreement will regulate the rights related to the contractual obligations assumed.
Who is Infocert and why is the company going to manage a certificate for my digital signature?
Infocert is a certified entity, selected by Cetelem, responsible for the technological process of digital signature in accordance with European electronic signature legislation.

In what format should I upload the files with my documentation?
Files must be uploaded in accepted formats: PDF, JPG, PNG. The maximum size for each file is 10 MB.
I have not received the SMS to sign the contract digitally. What should I do?
The SMS code, which is personal and non-transferable, is sent directly to the mobile number provided during the credit application process.
If you have not received the SMS, you can request a new code by selecting the “Didn't receive a code?” option to have a new SMS sent.
If you still don't receive the code, please check if the mobile number provided during the credit application is correct. To do this, consult the special conditions (first page) of the contract automatically sent to your email.
If the number is incorrect, you should contact customer support by calling 21 721 90 00 (weekdays from 9 am to 6 pm).
What is the Order Status?
It is an area where you can check the status of your credit application, sign the contract, and submit documents digitally.
To access this area, please consult Cetelem Application Status.
Then you will need to enter your tax identification number (NIF) and the mobile phone number associated with the application. You will receive an SMS with an authentication code.
How can I access the digitally signed contract?
If your application is still under review, you can view the contractual documentation you signed in the Application Status area.
After approval, you can continue to temporarily view the digitally signed contract in that area.
Subsequently, the contract will be available in your Cetelem Online Banking.
How can I find out more about Cetelem or clarify questions regarding a financing application?
You can contact Cetelem through the available channels indicated on the website, by phone or through the Customer Area.
